My motives for writing Dining With Etikat has stemmed from watching children eat poorly across the nation. I knew I was on the right track when time and time again, parents would actually yell at their kids in public because their patience had run out. Going out to eat did not even appear enjoyable. I didn’t want to change what they were eating, but how they were doing it.
