As my Mom would always say, "show me your table manners, and I'll tell you where you come from". It's never late to learn (whether you're an adult or a kid, in a business luncheon or at a family dinner) that the practice of table manners should be an enjoyable "adventure", as Ms. Valfre points out in her book with such a flair! I highly recommend "Dining with Etikat! as a practical tool for our young ones. The author's approach is original, current and fun, but the basic universal principles are....certainly, still there!
